Overview
PlusNet was founded in 1997 and had gone onto win several awards for Customer Service and product innovation. Having been recently acquired by BT due it's excellent success in customer relations, PlusNet customers stand to benefit by soon having access to all the lovely BT hardware, such as the BT home hub and hub phone.
All packages come with an 8Mb connection as standard and are differentiated by a range of monthly downloads from 1Gb up to 40Gb. They have a bandwidth priority policy that gives priority to general internet use over traffic from peer-to-peer programs such as limeware during peek hours.
